CAPE TOWN – The land invasion saga in Khayelitsha is headed to court with the property owner seeking a permanent order preventing further illegal occupation.
Destruction of structures put up on the land near Nolungile train station led to violence in the streets of Khayelitsha on Wednesday with several vehicles being stoned by invaders.
