JOHANNESBURG – The City of Ekurhuleni said four areas on the East Rand have been illegally occupied and the people behind the land grabs are from different political parties’ NGOs and community groups.
The city on Tuesday warned its residents that the land grabs taking place in Tembisa and Tsakane are life threatening as the land is either dolomitic above old mines or located along flood lines.
