Cape Town – Government would not hesitate to act against people who invaded land illegally, Defence Minister Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula said on Tuesday.

We do not condone illegal invasion of land, whatsoever,” Mapisa-Nqakula, chairwoman of government’s Justice, Crime Prevention and Security (JCPS) cluster said while briefing journalists in Parliament along with her fellow ministers.

“The JCPS will not stand by and watch while these acts of illegal land invasions continue in our country.”
