The American Chamber of Commerce SA has expressed concern about new legislation impacting the ability of US companies to operate in the country
American Chamber of Commerce SA Executive Director Carol O’Brien told Business Day that a number of laws, including the Private Security Industry Regulation Amendment Bill, the Promotion and Protection of Investment Bill, the Intellectual Property Policy Paper and the Expropriation Bill, are starting to make them feel unwelcome in the country.
