CAPE TOWN – A Western Cape High Court judge has described an application by a group of Khayelitsha land invaders, who want to return to property they illegally occupied, as unusual.
Hundreds of land invaders were violently evicted from property owned by arms company, Denel, two weeks ago.
Denel approached the court to prevent further invasions.
