“The South African Institute of Race Relations (SAIRR) has petitioned President Jacob Zuma not to give his assent to the Expropriation Bill but rather to refer it back to the National Assembly for reconsideration.
Many of the clauses in the bill, as approved by the National Assembly on Thursday, were inconsistent with the Constitution, the SAIRR said in a statement.” – iolNews
